Acting as a TA Executive by:- Implementing recruitment full life circle (pooling- screening- testing-interviewing) for both Production Team (Photo, 2D, 3D, Video Editors) and back office vacancies (Customer Service, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, BD/Sales).- Recruiting trainees for vocational training classes (Photo, 2D, 3D, and Video Editing classes).- Connecting with different schools, colleges, vocational training institutions, and centres to convert the students into potential Esoft's part-timers- Following up with new staff during training/probation time and provide support if needed.- Acting as HRBP to update the information to another department. Hosted HRBP meeting monthly.- Enacting the employment branding content for both the recruitment page and fan page to improve company branding & promote recruitment activities.- Conducting workshops and company tours to introduce Esoft and enhance Esoft's brand.- Implementing Esoft's CSR program into recruiting and employer branding tasks.
