Project Management for the MAPAS project, a territorial innovation project with the objective of diagnosing risks and creating sustainable urban interventions for occupations in the railway right- of- way. A core focus of my work was maintaining the alignment of the key stakeholders, including technical team, internal and external partners, to achieve project objectives. In a daily basis, I was accountable for:Design methodological approaches and guidelines for urban projects focused on territorial development and sustainability; Manage the quality of project deliverables and results, ensuring all deliverables met established requirements and urban legislation; Facilitate public-private partnerships to expand project resources and impact; Develop a strategic displacement plan to minimize risks and ensure safety; Facilitate a community participation workshop, ensuring community voices were heard and integrated into project planning. Implement processes and requirements for data organization and communication flows, optimizing project operations; Define project scope, develop and monitor the project schedule and budget, manage risks and action plans, coordinate technical and KPI reporting, support team building through resource selection and allocation. Prepare weekly executive reports for internal and external partners; Preparation of letters and terms of reference; Support the asset contracting and acquisition process with the financial management foundation.Awards: Won 3 awards in urban and railway project categories (CAU-MG, IAB, and InovaInfra).

Management of the "Plataforma Brumadinho" project . A project which was the core of the judicial expertise conducted by UFMG (Federal University of Minas Gerais), contracted by the TJMG (Court of Appeal of Minas Gerais), for the legal processes seeking to repair collective damages from the collapse of the Córrego do Feijão Mine dam in Brumadinho, MG. I was responsible for leading the development of the technological interface to collect, organize and make information socially accessible. In a daily basis, the following attributions were under my role:Project planning and monitoring (schedule, budget, scope); Multidisciplinary Team Leadership (from the areas of technology, law, design and letters); Action Plan Update; Technical Reports Oversight; Coordination of Weekly Internal Status Meetings; Report leadership to the scientific committee, the judge and the parties to the process (Vale S/A; Public Prosecution of Minas Gerais; Federal Public Prosecution; Public Defender's Office of Minas Gerais, General Attorney's Office of the State of Minas Gerais); Third-Party Hiring; Definition of methodologies and conceptual design of the platform; Information management and database management; implementation of processes and practices for data protection, organization and visualization, with a focus on continuous improvement; Analysis and indexing of more than 7000 procedural documents.

Co-lead the Emerging Cartography extension project, a key initiative within the INDLAB Program (School of Architecture and Urbanism / UFMG), focusing on the Mariana dam disaster.Produce impactful cartographic mappings of territorial conflicts, informing policy decisions and fostering community participation; Spearhead the analysis of regulatory matters and extrajudicial agreements, identifying their territorial impacts and proposing solutions; Develop a collaborative database, streamlining data collection and accessibility for stakeholders; Actively participate in public hearings, results assemblies, board meetings, and field visits, ensuring project transparency and stakeholder engagement; Organize events, exhibitions, and researcher forums, promoting knowledge exchange and project visibility; Coordinate the creation of technical reports and scientific articles; Provide guidance to fellows; Participation in negotiations of extrajudicial agreements in the Mariana dam disaster, with the MPMG (Public Prosecution of Minas Gerais) and MPF (Federal Public Prosecution); Developed a prototype for the Rio Doce Cartography Platform;

Develop a scientific research project titled "Port and City: Exploratory Research Agenda," collaborating with Professor Dr. Martha Campos; Employ cartographic mapping, photographic surveys, and historical collection consultations to analyze the transformations in the landscape caused by port infrastructure changes; Produce scientific articles to disseminate research findings.
