One of the clients was @Home, one of the biggest cable companies in the Netherlands. My first project there was the integration of three product portals to one consumer portal. In the second phase the portal was rebranded en and the user experience was improved. The last assignment at @Home was in the role of program manager for the marketing department. Primairy objective: capture business rules & requirements on all customer facing channels for IT alignment.
