- Talent Acquisition (Recruiting to Onboarding):Spearhead DB’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s long-term vision, values, and evolving market dynamics. Drive a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, providing strategic guidance on job briefs, employer branding, and candidate engagement. Take ownership of high-impact leadership and global secondment hires while ensuring a robust, compliant onboarding experience. Oversee the TA Dashboard to enable data-driven decision-making, monitor recruitment effectiveness, and optimise budget allocation. - Talent Program: Lead the strategic direction of the HEINEKEN Graduate Programme, collaborating with Senior People Partners to shape recruitment timelines, attraction strategies, and key talent channels. Leverage global best practices and tailor them to DB’s evolving talent landscape, reinforcing the organisation’s talent pipeline.- Employer Branding: Manage DB’s recruitment brand, positioning the company as a top employer. Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to create a compelling EVP and implement innovative talent attraction strategies in competitive markets.- HR Technology:Serve as the lead for HR technology systems, including SAP SuccessFactors (MyHR), LinkedIn Talent Insight, and other job platforms. Drive efficiency across the Recruiting, Onboarding, Recruiting Marketing, and Reporting modules. Oversee the TA Dashboard, delivering key metrics and optimising budget allocation to enhance recruitment outcomes.- Employee Relation, Performance Management, and other supports Support Senior People Partners in driving key HR processes, including employee relations, performance management from Objective Setting to Calibration sessions to End Year Review, and talent development.

- Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition agenda, encompassing employer branding, optimizing candidate experiences, executing attraction campaigns, overseeing talent acquisition processes, and guiding individuals through onboarding. Serve as the vigilant guardian of our company's recruitment and onboarding policy, TA dashboard, and report to ensure the company acts correctly in response to real market situations and the right direction of talent. Operate as a functional expert in recruiting and onboarding systems, driving their maximum utilization. Proficient in budget management, cultivate strategies to promote diverse and inclusive talent acquisition processes. Drive the shaping mindset to implement change management through process improvement, ensuring all recruitment, selection and onboarding processes are professional, inclusive, fair, effective, and enhance the experience of both candidates, hiring managers, and involved employees.- Employer Branding: Steer the employer branding agenda across online and offline platforms. Strengthen candidate experiences, foster partnerships, and secure sponsorships with external youth associations and organisations, crafting a compelling narrative to authentically resonate with our employer brand.- Performance Management: Collaborate with People Business Partners, POD Manager, and People Director to drive the complete Performance Management cycle. Initiate objective setting (STI, PDP Setting) for People Reviews, Mid-Year Reviews, and End-Year Reviews, ensuring a seamless process. Responsibilities extend to monitoring the performance management system, providing insights and reports, and orchestrating comprehensive communication plans with supporting materials for employees throughout the Performance Management cycle. In essence, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement is integral to the role.
