Prepare attendance of employees. . Prepare payroll . Screening and interviewing candidates. . Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. . Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees. . Helping/Training new employees about tasks in the company. . Prepare official offer letter and contract of employees. . Maintaining accurate records of employee information. . Maintaining confidentiality of employee information. . Processing NSSF payment every month. . Scheduling meetings and appointments. . Do purchases require for employees . Preparing and submitting reports. . Answering phones and responding to emails. . Prepare agreement with client (IT Service, NDA, MOU) . Store CVs and all data in Google Drive . Deliver invoices, and any documents to clients . Prepare AL for the team and post payroll in Odoo. . Completing special tasks assigned by the manager.+IT Recruiter Executive . Hunting CV on social media (all platforms that are possible) . Follow up and work closely with clients and candidates . Post new vacancy jobs, share jobs & and invite people to support our social media. . Check CVs and Screening calls with candidates . Introduce qualified candidates to clients. . Send text and announcements client to ask for their new vacancy job. . Updated every impotent data to company drive . prepare some documents for team members (replacement, PC rental, and claim some invoices) . Manage and schedule post jobs or information on the telegram channel(using the telegram chat bot) . Manage all social media of the company (Schedule posts, Response, Boosting) .
