Current- To assess fair market value and forced sale value (distress value) of real estate properties proposed as collaterals for loans.- To guide branch loan officer for valuation methodology and value of properties.- To visit the collateral whenever required to assess its values.- To research and identify real estate associated risks.- To indicate the range of properties across all the provinces and update the price range of collateral regular basis.- To research the trend of property prices and inform to the management on regular basis.- To update trend of property prices to branches on regular basis.- To update and maintain collateral database of the bank.- Provide regular training to branch loan officer for proper valuation methodology- To assist for finding potential buyers to sale bank's foreclosed assets.- To assist in appointing external Valuers for the bank.- To support other assigned tasks if required by direct line manager.
