=> Duties / Responsibilities: Whole School- Provide phone, email and in-person support to on-site and field employees on a variety of issues including system access and operations.- Properly document and track the details of the problem, analyze both status and resolution and record them when required.- Follow through and communicate with the user while working the problem to ensures successful and timely completion of the problem.- Set up workstations with standard images.- Provide assistance on the use of technology in classrooms and offices.- Monitor and maintain the overall network infrastructure.- Provide assistance and support for the “Internet of Things”.- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, resolving or escalating as necessary.- Evaluate, Recommend and Purchase hardware and software or any other Technologies as authorized by the MIS Director.- Set up other IT peripherals needed for classroom use.- Provide audiovisual setups and assistance for the school.- Ensuring that the google calendar for checking out devices is used and followed.- Educate end users regarding the proper handling and usage of digital media devices.- Assist students and teachers in the use of technology.- Ensure stable and secured connectivity of all digital media devices.- Monitor Jira Helpdesk and other Back end management console.- Conduct periodic maintenance and cleaning of all IT equipment as scheduled by the MIS Director.- Other IT-related tasks as assigned/instructed by the MIS Director.=> Duties / Responsibilities: - Library- Report damages on the digital media devices to the MIS Director and Leadership team.- Checking in/out of digital media devices in the library. Checking records of digital media devices as part of the inventory.- Ensuring that the google calendar is used and followed.- Educate end users regarding the proper handling and usage of digital media devices.- Assist students and teachers in the use of technology in the library.
