By tracking the status of all in-person and online orders, I am responsible for organising customer relations with other Dorrington departments and consumers. My goal is to provide the best service possible to our clients by upholding adherence to the organization's policies and procedures and furthering its objective. I keep an eye on all online transactions and interactions and log any faults on our Dynamics-based database so they can be dealt with quickly and proficiently.
