MetLife Direct comprises two previous MetLife start-up businesses that merged to create one enterprise direct distribution channel for the US market. This business serves B2B, B2B2C, and B2C consumers. The Brand Experience and Segment Marketing Team is responsible for leveraging analytics and research to deliver customer centric marketing plans focused on key customer segments, taking into account their needs and how they want to be communicated to.

As part of MetLife’s US Sponsored Direct Business, which was a startup within the organization, responsibilities included B2B and B2B2C strategic marketing and business consulting for key clients.

As part of the PlanSmart program, a startup within MetLife aimed at leveraging existing group customer relationships to build MetLife’s individual distribution channel using financial education as a means to generate leads and build awareness.

Developed and managed new regional clinical education program to focus on business development and customer engagement within various markets across the United States. Through the introduction of this pilot, managed the strategy and implementation of these programs, as a means to engage and build existing customer relationships while generating new lead opportunities.

Managed corporate communications program, consisting of at least 75 projects annually, managing various cross-functional teams within the organization. This included product launches, acquisitions, product branding, executive communications and enterprise application development.

The Stryker Business Affairs team was responsible for business process improvement and managing large company-wide projects. Through various process-improvement projects, increased field-based profit generating programs by almost 50%, and saved the business over $200k annually.
