Deployed to the CENTCOM AOR as the Deployment and Distribution Operation's Center (CDDOC) Retrograde Branch Chief, driving the theater wide retrograde and redeployment of 43 coalition activities and synchronizing efforts across all air and ground lines of communication.

Managed the health, welfare, training, readiness, and mission execution of 23 joint military, civilian and local national members, providing full spectrum service contracting for 145 service contracts worth $171M supporting 55K service and family members across Okinawa. Selected as the Army Contracting Command's (ACC) Fiscal Year 2011 Outstanding Active Duty Military Officer of the Year.
