Position Description:Responsible of the executions of guidelines and process define by Huawei for the autorizhed service centers. Control of kip’s and creation of action plans in necessity case.Responsibilities:1- Supervise the compliance of the standards and guidelines of all the Repair Centers authorized by Huawei, including our ASC Exclusive and Stores2- Control , Measure and report performance of all Service Suppliers, and assess against goals (KPIs)3- Planning, creation and execution actions in case of detected issues inside Repairs Centers or Stores.4- Development monthly audit for Service Process in Suppliers and report to Huawei.5- Net Satisfaction Survey (NSS) monitoring, prepare actions plans to achieve the goal require.6- Control of penalties execute by Operators or Retail, execute action plan.7- Improve the relation with Service area of operators and retails, with frequently coordination meeting.8- Management all the Operators and Retailers Service Kpis.9- Support to Service Team in complains and spare parts process.
