For the past twenty plus years I have been in a fast paced, highly dynamic casino industry. Managing and mentoring hundreds of team members throughout this time has taught me many skills both as a professional in the business world, as well as the qualities of being a good leader. The industry has treated me well and I have been fortunate to learn valuable skills that I will carry with me, but my true passion lies with technology and software. Watching technology evolve throughout the years has been simply amazing. Thanks in part to this evolution we have seen advancements in fields such as medical and agricultural that have helped improve the quality of life for millions of people worldwide. On the lighter side of things, tech has even helped us to unwind and escape the daily stresses of life through simple entertainment as well as travel and vacation planning. Being fortunate to live during this age of technology made the decision easy to switch careers and pursue my passion, instead of just benefitting from these wonders, my goal is to contribute to the design and development of technology and software as part of a team in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
