During my time as a contractor for the Armed Forces Insurance 2024 Military Spouse of the Year event, I had the honor of capturing and documenting the event where Courtney Barber won the prestigious title. My photographs were featured and published in the Armed Forces Insurance Magazine, highlighting the celebration and the remarkable stories of the nominees. Additionally, my work gained broader recognition and was showcased on the Today show, bringing further attention to the incredible contributions of military spouses.

As the Lead Photographer for the “Yemi for Mayor” campaign, I played a pivotal role in documenting the journey of the mayoral candidate through various key events. My responsibilities included capturing dynamic moments during forums, debates, and meet-and-greets, while meticulously arranging equipment and props. I coordinated seamlessly with backup photographers and team members to ensure comprehensive coverage.I directed and guided the mayoral candidate during shoots, ensuring that the desired results were consistently achieved. My photography highlighted the essence of the campaign through both group shots and candid moments, encapsulating the spirit and energy of the events.Managing the post-production process was a crucial aspect of my role. This involved editing and retouching photos, selecting the best images, and delivering them promptly to the candidate and the campaign team. Collaboration with other photographers and creative professionals was key to achieving the overall vision of the project.Additionally, I maintained and organized all equipment, staying up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance the quality and creativity of my work. Effective communication with the mayoral candidate and campaign manager ensured that their needs and expectations were met, while my guidance and recommendations on photography-related matters contributed to the campaign’s success. Managing timelines for each session, I ensured that all tasks were completed on time, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism throughout the campaign.

I am thrilled to share that I won 2nd place in the Art Car category for the Creative Car Wrap Competition, held by Winslow BMW and the 96th Broadmoor Pikes Peak Hill Climb. This prestigious event brought together talented artists and car enthusiasts to showcase their creative designs on high-performance vehicles. Competing against some of the best in the industry, my design was recognized for its innovation and artistic flair. I am incredibly honored to have been part of this competition and to have my work celebrated on such a significant platform.
