Initiate and manage a new business development group, restructure purchasing and alliance strategies, follow up of the team pipeline, results and execution in all regions (more than 30 countries) in a context of merger and acquisitions. Develop a high-growth, high-margin business, with a healthy renewable revenue stream for all Acer Brands and sales regions (2008 achievement is 135% of plan).
