Phillip Heath is Founder and CEO of Heath Ventures LLC, a venture capital firm headquarters in Chandler, Arizona since 2018. Heath Ventures mission is to fund, launch, manage and grow companies in multiple verticals by utilizing proven execution strategies. The companies that currently fall under the Heath Ventures umbrella include “Phoenix Fab, LLC, Elite Powder Coating LLC, LG Billet USA LLC, Lockstep Arms LLC and SD Charters LLC. In 2022, on behalf of Phoenix Fab, Phil was honored to accept the Secretary of Defense Freedom Award, the highest-ranking civilian award.Prior to launching Heath Ventures, Mr. Heath served as the President of APS (American Payment Solutions) in Mesa, Arizona. APS was a leading payment processor providing integrated payment solution serving many ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) markets such as Sage, SAP, Acumatica, etc. Phil believes in serving his team through a delegative management style, this strategy allowed individual development and overall company success. Under his leadership APS experienced tremendous growth and was sold to REPAY Holdings RPAY (NASDAQ) in 2019. Mr. Heath strongly believes in supporting police, fire and military service men and women by contributing to a variety of events and charities. In 2022, in full support of the Hurricane Ian relief effort, Phil pledged 50% of all Lockstep Arms revenue for 3 months to help fund the MATLACHA Pine Island Fire Department and surrounding communities. For the past 2 years, Phil has donated to the PANG Patriots (Phoenix Air National Guard Patriots) Annual Holiday Party honoring the airman of the 161st ARW. Phil has made a written commitment to continue to support retired and active-duty service members through contributions and employment opportunities.
