• Experience in full Recruitment processes from sourcing the resumes till closure of requisition.• Understanding the detail responsibility of the requirements, sourcing of candidates, screening and interviewing as well as negotiations of the applicant, Complete following up with the Candidate, Verifying the Candidate Background also.• Experience on Sourcing candidates via internet, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, cold calling into companies, Job Posting etc.• Experience using Job Portals like Dice, Techfetch & Monster.com.• Knowledge and understanding of search strings.• Conducting in-depth interviews to evaluate technical ability of the candidates against company and job requirements. Evaluated candidates meticulously for culture matches to ensure each candidate would be successful in the position.• Experience on different work authorization [Citizen, Green Card, H1b, EAD, TN], Tax term [CTC, W2, 1099], Mode of Employment [Contact, Fulltime, CTH, Remote]

• Extensive experience on US Tax terms (W2, 1099) and in full process of US Staffing/Recruitment.• Excellent work knowledge of USA Visa types (OPT, EAD, GC, Citizen).• Experience in IT Recruitment (US Process), working on W2 from Direct Clients.• Expertise in recruiting for contract, contract to hire and direct-hire.• Sourcing the right candidates for the requirements using different job portals, Passive Searches (LinkedIn) and database.• Skills I recruited for are Java, .Net, data analyst, PM/BA, networking, dev-ops, security etc.• Negotiation on rates and taking rate confirmation.• Submission of weekly performance reports to the Manager.• Expertise in using various sourcing techniques like internet job postings, database, referrals, print and internet advertisements, head hunting, cold calling, networking, etc.• High energy, highly motivated, and self-directed.• Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.• Personable, easy going, creative, flexible, professional, team player, and ability to work independently in a technically challenging, fast paced environment.
