 Responsible for the overall strategy, development, and execution of customer solutions and business development for Training service Work closely with marketing, and product teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for customer solutions. Manage relationships with key customers and partners to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Track and report on customer satisfaction and business performance metrics.  Undertake the appropriate training (or take initiatives in setting up appropriate training) for all team members.

 Understand and develop hypotheses in respect to the medical/insurance/tech market and trends. Follow up closely with the Product Team to test and determine which features need to be added the Company’s product Formulate different sales strategies and lead the BD Team to search for potential business partnerships, new markets, trends, products and services. Build and maintain a strong relationship with existing Corporate Accounts, as well as potential ones.

 In charge of Sales and Customer Service Management for B2C, B2B, Schools / Center  Work with marketing team for conferences, client meetings, and education events to presentation about the company and service Analyze reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities
