Monitor and process grant applications from inception to payment of grant from 15 non-profit clients. Assist in annual grant distributions of $8M to individuals and organizations via grant and scholarship programs. Supervised and trained the Grant Associate for completion of a $2.5M national fellowship program for a nationally recognized non-profit organization. Regular communication with grantees, clients, and Board Members via telephone and email. Successfully implemented a digital filing system for all incoming and existing documents, enabling more concise system-wide recordkeeping. Oversee client’s bank accounts and initiate transfers when cash balance is low.
