CurrentAt CRC Sports VN (Supersports, Fila, Under Armour, Columbia, Crocs), as HRBP cum OD Supervisor:• Collaborate with HR Shared Services to ensure standard HR procedures and compliance.• Modify new structure of HR reports (Monthly HR Report, Talent Turnover Rate Report) and HR collaboration process (Guidance For Stockloss Handling, Store Closure).• Partner with operations stakeholders to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.• Successfully launch an AI English Learning App for Store team to enhance their skills and achieve sales targets.• Implement disciplinary and compensation procedures, handling for Store team.• Prepare and organize employee engagement activities (company gathering, year-end party, seasonal celebrations).
