Customer Service Team Lead
Current- Leader of the company's team operations and customer service (respond to fan pages, recommend suitable products, create content, and respond to retail consumers).- Caring, consulting, and supporting customers when buying travel SIM and eSIM products, including Vietnamese and foreign tourists- Advising and assisting customers in choosing the right product for their journey- Monitor and receive information about customers through sales channels.
