(1) To register and faciltate guest check- in and check- out (2) Responsible to perform front office duties.To handle enquiries professionally and assist in ensuring smooth operation during the guests’ stay.(3) To assist the guest in arranging tours, taxis and restaurant booking if necessary(4) To handle all guest requests during their stay(5) To manage individual porfolio assigned to maximize guest satisfation

(1) To collect payable cash from customers. Ensuring customers maintain sufficient funds in their trading account. To compare balance with treasurer and closing account book at the end of the day; (2) To perform daily checks on Company banking account and to confirm receivables amount tally(3) To calculate fixed assets and liquid assets depreciation monthly for book closing. (4) Complied the accounts and report to the chief accountant at the end of the month;

(1) To keep student list as archives, control and manage the staff ; (2) To communicate and organize with client for training programs; (3) To support Managing Director for meeting customers; (4) To organize the training class for the clients company;
