With over 29 years of experience in the financial and fiduciary sectors, Phia van der Spuy is the founder of Trusteeze, a digital solutions provider for trusts and estates. As a Chartered Accountant, a registered Fiduciary Practitioner of South Africa, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner, Phia has a strong background in accounting, tax, compliance, and risk management. Phia launched Trusteeze in 2012, after identifying a need for innovative and efficient platforms in the trust environment. No other system cause the accounting information to be created as a trust’s compliance and administration is done. We have patented this concept.Trusteeze evolved from a B2C model, where we provided a board of trustees with a tool to self-manage a trust to a B2B model where we now provide licenses to service providers to manage their clients’ trusts. Our solution provides measurable improvements in productivity and efficiency, leading to cost savings for service providers.
