Accounting Bookkeeper
Current• Record and maintains a business’ financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.• Record financial data into general ledgers, which are used to produce the balance sheet and income statement.• Responsible for overseeing the first six steps of the Accounting Cycle.• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.• Provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.• Manage recruitment and selection process.• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.• Assist helpdesk ticketing.
