I am currently retained in the role of Certified MINDBODY Business Consultant with Pilates Performance, who are the leading provider of Pilates in Ireland, offering a full suite of comprehensive services including: Fitness & Clinical Pilates, Sports enhancement and Rehabilitation. Our Pilates Education Department is uniquely the only Pilates Teacher Training Certification and Mentorship Programme in Ireland.My overall brief was to put in place robust and systemic operating, sales, marketing, financial and organisational structures to provide key business insights and a platform for aggressive growth targets over a 12/18 month period. • Compiled the first comprehensive Key Operating Priorities Strategy document outlining the Vision for the business and the roadmap for how we get there.• Delivered the first Standard operating Manual (SOP) for the business, systemising all practices and processes• Conducted the first Employee Engagement Survey to ascertain and match levels of competency with business requirements, create meaningful job briefs and constructed first Organisational Chart• Delivered integrated Marketing Plan with e-commerce and e-Learning (Pilates Education on-line) platforms deploying a comprehensive social media strategy and development of MindBody/CRM operating system customer database• Created first weekly Dashboard and Sales Tracker to monitor all sales and KPI’s on a daily/weekly basis (average number transactions, average spend, attendance rates).• Produced company’s first formal budget for 2014 showing top line growth of 35% and net Profit return of 15%• Successfully recruited, hired and trained the company’s first Sales & Marketing Executive and General Manager on a highly incentivised commission basis• All of the above contributed to a year on year revenue growth of 46% and Profit growth of 13%• Secured new bank funding for the opening of the Company’s second studio in Naas, Co. Kildare, which opened in September 2014.

Infit Health Group owned and operated 2 Gyms and an extensive community based exercise network in a niche (Ladies Health & Fitness) market sector. • Company set up (from inception)- developed and initiated Strategic Business Development Plan, put in place all pro forma financial models for feasibility study, including full P/L account, resulting in the procurement of private equity financing.

A national (Dublin and Belfast) service provider specialising in Facilities and Project Management. Objective was to set up Dublin based enterprise through site acquisition and recruitment of professional self delivery hard and soft service team of 28 personnel.• Key achievement was the design, sale and operational implementation of a “Managed Repair Scheme” to the Insurance sector in Ireland, involving full process mapping, proprietary estimating package system, legal compliance guidelines and Customer Service Excellence model.
