A national (Dublin and Belfast) service provider specialising in Facilities and Project Management. Objective was to set up Dublin based enterprise through site acquisition and recruitment of professional self delivery hard and soft service team of 28 personnel.• Key achievement was the design, sale and operational implementation of a “Managed Repair Scheme” to the Insurance sector in Ireland, involving full process mapping, proprietary estimating package system, legal compliance guidelines and Customer Service Excellence model.
