Founder and CEO of ONE-VALUE, a company specializing in consulting business and commercial strategies, providing digital marketing solutions, and foreign HR solutions for Japanese businesses who want to expand business in Vietnam. Before founding ONE-VALUE, I had worked for Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting Japan as a business strategy consultant and was the first Vietnamese to work at Deloitte in this field.With almost a decade of practical experience in consulting, I have successfully delivered strategic consulting services, conducted market research, and provided M&A advisory support tailored to the Vietnamese market for various major Japanese government-related organizations and corporations across different sectors. Aside from ONE-VALUE, I have been involved in activities that contributed to the development of Japan-Vietnam relations. In 2020, I was the only foreigner who delivered speeches and participated in press conferences at the "Responsible Foreign Workers Reception Platform" organized by JICA. I was featured as a global leader striving to bridge Japan and Vietnam by the "Corporate Diagnosis" magazine in June 2022.
