Senior Research Associate
Current● Participate in developing study validation protocols and reports. ● Facilitate validation studies on multiple commercial products. ● Coordinate and lead cross-functional team agendas to meet timelines, record and organize meeting agendas● Assist in developing and distributing clinical site training materials and sponsor/clinical site reports.● Work independently to write and execute research experimental plans.● Interpret trends in experiment results and implement changes to improve current processes, with emphasis on reducing turnaround time and increasing product quality (uniformity).● Develop laboratory standard operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct trainings to laboratory operations team. ● Present project metrics on assigned studies during team monthly meetings.● Provide troubleshooting support and mentorship to Natera Operations team. ● Maintain and organize laboratory records, bench worksheets and notebooks.
