I joined QA in May 2016 as a PRINCE2 trainer, and since utilised my extensive project management experience to include delivery of PMQ Fundamentals, the PMQ Project Management Qualification, accelerated PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses, the APMP Change Management Foundation and Practitioner, and various bespoke and customer-focused project management training and workshops. I have gained extensive experience in delivering interactive virtual training, including both purely virtual and combined virtual/classroom-based courses, and have also had the opportunity to utilise my IT skills to assist in the development of the QA web app, as well as other areas of courseware development. I have been awarded the role of product owner for our Change Management courseware and have gained experience in developing both classroom based and virtual learning courseware. Having been a qualified trainer for twenty years, a large part of my previous working experience involved taking part in various projects and change initiatives within construction, engineering, and training organisations. Other responsibilities would include addressing factors that would lead to resisting change within an organisation and managing the relationships between projects and operations, helping to ensure smooth product transition into operational use. All of this has played a key part in my professional development as a trainer.I have a passion for teaching and personal development along with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills, enabling me to impart knowledge in a manner that is both enjoyable and easy to understand. I work hard to be an adaptable trainer, constantly striving to increase my knowledge and experience in all areas of project management.

Having worked on a number of projects within the UK, I utilised my experience and knowledge to become an approved PRINCE2 trainer, delivering both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses, as well as invigilating both Foundation and Practitioner exams. Delivering PRINCE2 formed a major part of my role within WWP.Having also been involved with IT training and project work for over fifteen years, my responsibilities also included creating, tailoring and delivering IT Training courses for Microsoft Office 2003 to 2013, from basic to advanced level. I also gained experience training in Time Management using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft CRM, ITSM Help Desk Call Logging, IManage File Management and various other IT systems, as well as creating bespoke training materials, courses and training videos.
