Directly reporting to both Flexible Packaging General Manager, and Group CHRO.Responsible for creating and leading common key HR processes of the newly created Flexible packaging division made of multiple acquisitions in 6 different countries.Leading Organizational design, moving from a Plant Org. Structure to a Functional/Matrix Org. structure to ensure alignment with the Flex Division processes.In charge of all HR processes and activities for the entire Saica Group: Recruitment, Learning & Development, Comp & Ben, and Talent Management

Directly reporting to the Regional President, member of the EMEA Executive Team.Mainly responsible for building and implementing our new HR strategy for the EMEA and China regions, this includes the standardization of our key HR processes at regional level.Leading the implementation of our new HCM system (#Workday) across the EMEA region as well as our new Global Performance Management program. Leading Organizational design within the EMEA region, moving from a Divisional/Geographical Org Structure to a Functional/Matrix Org. structure.

Directly reporting to the Regional President, member of the Executive Team among 7 other functional directors. Managing a team of 9 HR managers across the region. Mainly responsible for:- Definition and periodically re-definition of the HR Strategy, Mission, and Vision, guaranteeing a successful implementation across the regions, aligned with the Corporate HR Strategy;- Providing both strategic and tactical business support through the development, implementation, and continuous measurement of Human Resources Plans;- Regional/ Global development and harmonization of the main HR processes: Performance Management, Recruitment, Compensation (including HR Administration), and Communication;- Conducting the change management agenda especially within restructuring initiatives and M&A projects, supporting business leaders in the implementation of organizational changes;- Supervising the negotiations with different labor unions across Europe;- Acting as a performance coach to peers and other senior managers;- Developing a high-performance HR team in EMEA and China.

Direct report to the President of Europe (Japanese national). Managing a team of 8 people in HR and 8 in General Administration. Mainly responsible for the development and implementation of the HR Strategy, Mission, and Vision in Europe for 1.500 employees across 8 sites (Luxembourg, Germany, UK, Italy, France, Poland, Sweden, Russia).
