Given the success achieved with the Bank Credit Card program was promoted to manage the programs for all National Lending products. This included all national lending products (Credit Card, Small Business, Direct Bank, Prepaid Cards, etc) across all 750 bank branches spread across 6 states. This responsibility included all strategic planning to grow and service the various national lending products.

Specifically recruited to help turn around a fledgling credit card business within the Banking segment. Completely overhauled many aspects of the sales and service process.
