With 20 years of experience in the sporting and commercial arena moving across a range of disciplines including player, coach, recruitment, management, financial and team building responsibilities in Australia and internationally. In my current role at ARA Property Services, I took over the management of operations in NSW and the ACT. My remit was to develop a cohesive and profitable operation.I initially developed the strategic plan to align with the corporate goals and revenue targets of the ARA Group. I have full P&L accountability, manage key account engagements and with a focus on new growth initiatives, innovation and customer engagement. I restructured both the NSW and ACT operations fostered financial growth and stability while managing uncertainty and disruptive change.
