He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Le Tourneau University (Longview, TX) and a Master's degree in Communication from Stephen F Austin State University (Nacogdoches, TX). He also holds a certificate of cross cultural training from University of Philippines in Manila. With the technological advent of DL (distance learning) Phil has created on line classes for academic as well as for professional business manager applications, and has created curricula for turn-key ESL schools in China.
