Managing Director of Health & Safety Training Ltd. We specialise in delivery of plant & machinery training & health & safety training courses such as forklift truck operation, cherry picker & scissors lift, scaffold tower, hiab and first aid to name but a few. My own personal experience in this field is some 12 years as a training instructor & assessor prior to managing the business, as well as having completed a level 4 NVQ in occupational health & safety. This hands on experience has given me a great first hand insight into my chosen business field and hopefully along with our excellent administration, instructor and management team we can continue to drive the business in the right direction together for the benefit of our customers, our own staff and all other stakeholders! We operate both onsite training for our commercial customers and we have training centres in both Newcastle and Billingham. In June 2015 I completed a waste management level 4 WAMITAB R4MTSNH6 Qualification which linked to my previous role as the former managing director of our subsidiary company CSM Skip Hire Ltd and I had almost 7 years hands on experience of managing this small waste management company alongside our main company. In December 2017 I decided I needed to concentrate fully on developing & expanding HST Ltd, particularly with the opening of our Billingham Training Centre due in January 2018 and a planned extension of our Newcastle site for later in 2018 or early 2019. So in January 2018, CSM ceased to trade and the waste licence at the site was sold & transferred to another business enabling continuity of waste operations at that site which then allowed me to concentrate solely on business development and strategic management at HST Ltd.
