• Provide guided implementation services (i) to help members improve their VMO-related strategies, VMO initiatives, and vendor relationships and (ii) to help facilitate their business goals and objectives. • Conduct research and publish reports, notes, and other documents related to vendor management, contract management, contracts, technology, and negotiations.• Provide advisory services focused on supporting IT vendor services and working with C-level executives & leaders to enhance their vendor management strategies and contract negotiations. • Facilitate various workshops related to VMOs, contracts, and negotiations.• Provide contract review, negotiation strategy, and sourcing strategy services.

Responsible for helping clients maximizing their leverage throughout the procurement process by providing training and consulting services.

Primary resposibility for Training Department -- technology procurement-related training for procurement, strategic sourcing, IT, finance, legal and other departments of private and public sector organizations.Secondary responsibility for training programs for Caucus (the Association of Technology Procurement Professionals).
