Responsible for profitability, new product release, inventory, service levels, and life cycle management of 15K+ service parts portfolio; supporting product categories of automotive AC Equipment, Shop Equipment, Specialty Tools, Diagnostics, ADAS, and Wheel Service Equipment.

Responsible for patio door hardware & multi-point lock systems. Managed product profitability, pricing, distribution, and promotion. Performed technical application support. Provided training and materials for customer service, sales team, and customers. Executed market and competitor research. Effectively managed/led new product launches for key customers and major cost reduction initiatives.
