I am a professional senior executive with experience of serving on numerous dynamic and forward thinking Board of Directors. These include private equity backed businesses and 3 corporations that were publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange, the largest of which had annual revenues of $1.45Billion.When I relocated to Florida USA with my family I formed Headway Business Solutions LLC. My aim is to use my main board experience and the knowledge gained from my involvement in more than 20 corporate deals and several turnaround situations to support businesses in the States.I have 30 years’ experience as a main board Director, 27 of these holding the position of Managing Director, CEO or Chairman. and have a proven track record of leading business turnarounds and delivering sustainable profitable growth.

Forward orders increased in quality and by sine from £11m ($14.5m) to £27m ($35.5m) in two years. Clients included BAES, Rolls Royce, AWE, Sellafield and Crossrail.Leading the £13.25m ($17.5m) fundraising in 2017 to improve the balance sheet and provide the capital to facilitate growth.
