In December of 2021 the Shelbyville, Ky Branch was without direct Leadership. Soon my co-workers looked to me for guidance, and I assumed the responsibility. In February of 2022 I was approached by upper Management and offered the role of Branch Manager for my initiative. I accepted the role and used the skills as a Project Manager to channel my time to learning the role of Branch Manager more easily. Since then, I have learned the importance of Budgeting, Branch Growth and Staff development. I have been introduced to P & L reviews, Client dispute resolutions, and Sales and growth. All the while rewarded with our success here. Our growth in Shelbyville became noticeably significant and we had a staff retention rate of 100% for over a year. Those defining moments made me realize I had team Building skills and that my Team had faith in my abilities.

As a Project Manager for an Emergency Management Agency, I developed a reputation as someone who answered my client's needs anytime, they needed assistance. Within my company my integrity was defined by my productivity with my clients, number of proposals I submitted weekly, timely invoicing and 5 years of perfect attendance. Through self-management and integrity, I prospered not only with my clients but my co-workers as well.
