CurrentI initiate and manage all of the marketing activity for RMD Australia and RMD New Zealand and support RMDK Hong Kong, Singapore and the Philippines. In my position as Marketing Manager, my role is quite complex, these are some of the activities I perform:• A comprehensive Marketing Plan is developed each year• Market research is conducted on a frequent basis• Corporate and product brand equity is enhanced by using integrated communication campaigns• Digital and traditional advertising campaigns are well targeted and executed • Designed, implemented and maintain corporate websites for RMD Australia and RMD New Zealand and conduct SEO to enhance their page rankings• Email campaigns are designed and targeted at appropriate audiences• Implement and maintain social media sites to drive audiences to RMD's websites, and to generate new social media audiences to make them aware of our product offerings• Comprehensive sales support items have been produced, such as a 144-page Site Handbook, a Product Catalogue, RMD Information USB Drives, Wallcharts, Product brochures, Presentations and leaflets, etc.• Product and project videos are utilized to engage with customers on websites, social media and the Sales Teams' iPads• Numerous promotional products for the Sales Team to distribute are either purchased or produced• New product launch campaigns are conducted• Enhancing my graphic design capabilities using a number of the Adobe software packages• Administer the company intranet in Australia• Equipment labels have been created to generate free advertising and make the products look more sophisticated • Conduct public relations • Customer satisfaction surveys are undertaken to ascertain their view of RMD's product offerings• Ensure corporate standards are maintained
