My name is Phil Bush and I am an individual working within the home improvements industry, specialising in the supply and installation of windows, doors, conservatories and roofline products. I started in the industry 35 years ago with a focus on building technology, in which my passion grew and I began to develop a range of skills in the following areas within my college studies, technical drawing, building services, construction detailing, tendering & estimating, as well as construction law and building science.As I was already working in the double glazing industry during the time of my college studies, I decided to apply my learning and skills that I developed to this. With a keen desire for the industry and work within it, I continued working within the industry and progressed through a range of roles. These included the positions of Surveyor, Survey Manager, Commercial Manager and Director.Two years ago, I felt as if I desired a new challenge to really put my skills and knowledge to the test, utilising my range of experiences to set up my own home improvements business, Globe Home Improvements Ltd. I am thoroughly enjoying the journey so far and am looking forward to helping the business grow further. We currently operate within Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London, supplying and installing windows, doors, conservatories and roofline products to private individuals, homeowners and building companies that we have formed connections with. I am looking forward to the journey continuing and connecting with people to see how we may be able to assist each other, as we are keen to grow further and work within other surrounding areas and with other building companies.
