Spent the majority of my time working with a major telecommunications company as the team leader of a project that involved the ongoing operations and maintenance of ETL and reporting processes. As team leader, I was responsible for managing a team of 20 engineers, based both onshore and offshore. This role required in-depth experience in developing Alteryx workflows, Python scripts and SQL queries for data extraction, transformation and loading to data warehouse environments based in AWS Redshift and on-premises, as well as Tableau reporting environments and Sharepoint. As team leader, I was required to report to company and client leadership, maintain these relationships as well as develop value-add initiatives in order to renew and expand upon contracts

This role involved the end-to-end development of a Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse platform built on the Microsoft stack. Day to day responsibilities included understanding the reporting requirements of various different business units at Barwon Water, how best to model the requisite source data within the enterprise data warehouse schema, the development of the necessary ETL processes in SSIS and the development of the end business intelligence models, data visualizations and reports in SSAS, PowerBI and SSRS respectively.

A role which encompasses business and data analyst responsibilities. Day to day activities involve working developing SQL based reports, maintaining ETL processes in SSIS and carrying out data migration operations. I have also led a number of projects, including: -Re-engineering Data Import management processes-Business Intelligence/Analytics Development (using SSRS)-Developing Analytics related Product Requirements and Specifications-Data Warehouse architectural design and development (using Azure and AWS Redshift) -Data Warehouse ETL design and development (using SSIS)-BI Platform development (using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau)

A multi-faceted role which encompassed business and data analyst responsibilities. Day to day activities involve working on business development projects and analysing key performance data. The projects I have been involved with at the company have included: -Business Process Re-engineering (sales and marketing processes and approaches)-Customer Lifecycle Management/Journey Mapping-Inbound/Digital Marketing Strategy-Customer Engagement Strategy-Developing Analytics related Product Requirements and Specifications- Re-engineering Data Import management processes

Summer Internship. I was involved in a number of Process Optimisation projects such as the optimisation of the process water demineralisation trains, the instrument air compression trains and assessed the performance of cooling water heat transfer equipment. In addition to this, I also developed inspection programs for corrosion under insulation on pipework and for mechanical wear on process instrumentation

This role required me to collect and develop the Business Intelligence and Analytics requirements of our customers and to develop them into the Reporting feature of our Student Administration software. This involved developing sophisticated metrics and reports to assist them make complex business decisions. In this role, I was required to build complex SQL Server queries in order to collect and manipulate data. This role introduced me to and helped me develop sophisticated programming, data analysis and technical problem solving skills
