I lead the UK business for NousCubane, a specialist consulting firm (part of Nous Group, a global management consultancy) that offers a unique benchmarking and strategic analytics service to universities. NousCubane's UniForum data and insights programme is a highly collaborative platform that supports university management teams in understanding how their institutions are performing, and allows them to make evidence-based decisions to drive efficiency and service improvement.

Whilst at PA my focus was on helping universities to make the practical and strategic changes needed to succeed in a much more competitive environment. I have a track record of leading large, complex change programmes that have improved student and staff satisfaction, delivered new systems, reduced unnecessary cost and inefficiency, and increased revenue by £MM.Member of the leadership team responsible for PA's services to the education sector, including leading for PA's support to Cardiff University and Oxford Brookes, as their strategic partner for major business change programmes.

I joined PA with expertise gained from 10 years spent helping UK public service leaders achieve the right strategic response to new challenges and opportunities. I specialise in designing and implementing services and solutions that are tailored to the needs of customers and also offer excellent value for money: working across central and local government, education and health. My areas of strength include: programme and change management, developing a compelling business case for change, supporting organisational design and process improvement, and building commercial capability.

Principal consultant with corprorate responsibility for communications and strategy at OPM, an independent research and development company that works with public services to improve social outcomes. Provided strategic support to local authorities and other public services around: whole place resource use, new delivery models, community engagement, and integration of health and social care. Clients included the Cabinet Office, Department for Education, BBC Children in Need, Kier Group, Local Government Association and RNIB - along with several large local councils and health trusts.

Senior manager and principal consultant, responsible for a large research department and for leading evidence-based policy and practice development for public service clients, including central government departments, large charities, local councils and health bodies. I began my career at OPM as a research analyst, before quickly becoming a research manager and then deputy head of the department. During that time I designed, managed and oversaw a wide variety of mixed method research, evaluation and consultation projects.

Trustee of LAG, England's leading independent charity campaigning for equal access to justice. As part of this role I co-designed a major opinion poll of the public's views regarding cuts to social welfare law advice.
