We continue to look at numerous opportunities across the UK including existing outlet & shopping centres that need re-positioning. Notably we have provided advice in respect of the proposed Scotch Corner Outlet Village; The Outlet Banbridge; Junction One Antrim; K-Village Kendall; Festival Place Ebbw Vale. We are currently working on re-positioning an existing UK shopping centre & continue to seek further consultancy or similar appointments primarily on projects both in the UK & mainland Europe that need professional; well rounded & sound commercial advice.

During my time with Space to trade we set the strategy; re-branded the business; recruited key staff & doubled the number of sites under management. Team working to ensure retail element of two key projects successfully delivered & leased. Royal Exchange, Manchester - Previously unsuccessful scheme re-branded & re-launched in 2010. Significant letting to TGI Fridays achieved in 2012. IQ (Part of Quintain Fund Management) - advice to fund management colleagues in respect of ancillary retail as part of significant student accommodation developments.Retail “Consultancy” advice across a number of other key Wembley projects including NW Lands development; Wembley & Stadium Retail Parks.
