My primary objective was to drive profitable growth. I played a key role in shaping company strategy, providing comprehensive financial modelling, analysis, and guidance to support all business activities.- Sales Reporting. Created revenue analysis reports by Sales Lead, Client, Service Line, Territory, and Project Manager, and presented them to the Board.- Strategic Planning. Produced multiple 3-year business growth plans in collaboration with the Board to align our overall mission.- Contract Review and Negotiation. Led the review and negotiation of major contracts, optimizing terms to minimize risk and ensure profitability.- Cashflow Management. Took ultimate responsibility for the company cash position and cash management policies.- Budgeting. Developed and directed the annual planning and budgeting processes.- Financial Reporting. Provided timely and accurate financial reporting and projections.- International Expansion. Established international trading structure and transfer pricing policies with subsidiaries in Monaco, Amsterdam and Hamburg.- Risk Management. Managed and mitigated currency fluctuation risks associated with foreign currency contracts.

I analysed the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Gross Profit to ensure we were delivering great value to our customers and for the company.• Implemented appropriate accounting practices where necessary, such as Cost Accruals and Deferred Revenue.• Selected the software platforms that we used to manage our internal processes. These include Sales CRM (Pipedrive), Internal Communications (Slack), Accounting (Sage), Time Management (Harvest), and Support Desk (Zendesk).• Set the metrics and KPIs from these SaaS products that determined what success would look like.• Established an office in a new territory, where I hired and developed a team of high performing individuals. • Built and continue to strengthen relationships with a network of suppliers and partner companies. • Successfully exited the business, leaving a thriving enterprise for the remaining Directors and shareholders.

I was sponsored throughout university by the Ministry of Defence.
