Senior Software Engineer on a long-running simulation contract.Previously, Test Director for the Integration Test team, subcontracting on a simulator upgrade project. Team lead, designing, briefing and testing software for AH-64D/AH-64E/OH-58D upgrades.

Project manager for a simulation Training Support task, a $3 million customer-supported effort. This included writing the project ROM, regularly briefing the primary customer and other project customers on the project status, and leading a team of 8-10 programmers/testers in the effort of integrating it into the Army operational world. Acted as Scenario Designer for short simulation projects. Designed and integrated tools as part of an IDE project using PHP, MySQL and other COTS tools. Acted as team member designing .NET tools and reports for a Cross-Program Collaboration Tool using ASP.NET and C#. Led Tools Team of 11 Software Engineers, Security personnel, and other technical workers on a large, multi-year task. Responsible for overseeing creation of integration and process tools for the program. Signature authority for hardware/software purchases for entire Orlando office. Control Account Manager (CAM) for the team for the effort.

GUI prototype lead for a local Risk Reduction effort. Prototyped and created portal using BEA WebLogic, JSP, HTML, JavaScript. Represented Harris team in several multi-company briefing/demonstrations.

Software Engineer on the Joint Satellite Communications Architecture Planning and Evaluation (JSCAPE) Program, using Java, ArcView and VBA to integrate mapping into the Oracle-based JSCAPE system. Acting as Lead Web Designer for the JSCAPE UHF Planning Tool. Technical lead/programmer for USJFCOM J9 Analysis System Development team (12 member team), designing ASP/SQL Server applications for a variety of uses during MILLENNIUM CHALLENGE 2002. Task Lead for the NATO SACLANT Roll 4 project, leading a team of 8 engineers in a year-long MCCIS system effort which included requirements gathering, detailed design and prototyping. SIO User Interface Lead for eWing Portal development, which used Oracle, myLiveLink and other web technologies to provide Air Force Wings with portal service. This included working on a distributed team in three states, with the customer in a fourth. Team Lead for NATO BOA/SIDR database management task (3 members), which designed and developed a complete web-based system for the NATO SACLANT Intelligence community using Zope, Python and Oracle. Acted as Lead Software Engineer for the User Interface Team of the Battle Management Training (BMT) Instructional Systems Development (ISD) Project: Team was responsible for design/development/implementation of the Visual Basic user interface for the Oracle 8 BMT Instructional Systems Development (ISD) Database. System produces documents for twelve Initial Qualification (IQT) Courses for the Air Force's mobile Command and Control units.Head of the SIO MAGIC Shop (Multimedia lab). Acted as SIO Representative for all web-based solution needs. Designed and maintained web site for the ACC Reengineering effort, as well as the SIO external ITSP GCA web site. Developed web-based software using Oracle Designer/Developer Suite for the IG Gatekeeper program.
