I am a confident and sociable person, punctual, hardworking and always keen to learn new skills. My current role is an advanced scaffold supervisor, being a diligent and responsible leader, the safety and wellbeing of my colleagues is paramount. My approach is direct and fair which is valued by the team I supervise. I delegate responsibility to my team when appropriate and am happy to help others if needed. Working well under pressure, I am confident in my skills and knowledge and as such am happy to make difficult decisions when necessary. I have moved on from scaffolding and started a career in civils now which I throughly enjoy and love learning new skills.
