Supporting both internal colleagues and customer's technical needs. Assisting with crane data, feasibility studies and general fleet knowledge. Mainly focused on HS2 but with a remit to cover all major projects in the Southern region.

Began as a contract appointment handling gap in safety management, we agreed to make it permanent.

Planning lifts and advising clients of crane requirements. Dealing with technical enquiries from clients and maintaining the companies Health and Safety. Some lift supervision work along with regular inspection of worksites for completion of risk assessments. Communication of safe system of work to client and our own team.

Formatted mainly as contracts supervision but was also given more opportunity to run contracts and advise of the types of work we as a company were to undertake. We had become a close team with my role dealing with all site related activities and also overseeing all day to day Health and Safety matters including completion of PQQ’s, accident investigation and reporting and the updating and maintaining of the companies profile on the Builders Profile (online PQQ). I left the company as I was made redundant.
