During my career I have climbed the ranks from team member to deputy manager I have also achieved the rank of Coffee Master at Starbucks, back in 2018 I competed in the barista championships and got through to the regional final I am passionate about inspiring others to follow and focus on there dream, encourage and strive to get the best out of anyone I work with and hold myself accountable and I am committed to delivering the highest quality work possible. I am a natural problem solver, and I am always looking for ways to improve processes and achieve better results.
