With over 30 years’ experience in the electrical sector and thirteen years in the utilities arena, Phil Dingle has a deep knowledge of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage solutions. As Marketing Director of Lucy Electric, Phil is now focused on secondary distribution solutions, applying his engineering and marketing experience to support the company in the development of smart grid technologies and best in class switchgear products and services.Phil has tracked and studied the development of the Smart Grid for many years presenting at a number of conferences. He has been involved with BEAMA (British Electrotechnical and Allied Manufacturers Association) for many years. He is currently a member of the Energy Systems Forum which was formed out of the Smart Grid Task Force to provide direction to the BEAMA organisation.Before being appointed as Marketing Director of Lucy Electric in 2015, Phil held positions with Eaton latterly Utilities Segment Manager for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region, and Schneider Electric. Phil also holds an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
