CurrentMy latest and most exciting role, I empower all colleagues within the operations to deliver outstanding customer service. This is achieved with a clear mandate to not only listen to customers but to support colleagues in continuing to drive the ethos of service here at Morrisons. With responsibility across a number of areas such as customer service, online ordering, click & collect, checkout operations while additionally undertaking the role of key holder for the store, with responsibility for petrol forecourt operations while undertaking a Duty Manager role (5 days a week).Through a methodology of supporting and driving departmental performance, while managing people, taking accountability I enable colleagues to work with confidence across various departments within the store.
