As CTO, I design and create innovative technology solutions that deliver a seamless customer experience. My main focus at Vitable is on increasing customer acquisiton and conversion while maintaining and improving the stability, flexibility and scale of the eCommmerce subscription system.

I lead the development of a sophisticated, low code app design and development platform for the education and behavior change space. I created and lead a team using cutting edge web, mobile and 3D game technology to deliver a new kind of digital transformation platform, used across diverse industries such as health, education, scientific research and business training.

A development agency established to develop educational and behaviour change games.I progressed with the growth of the company from starting as a Senior Developer with two other development staff, to eventually growing the development team with myself as the Technical Director managing multiple teams of developers working across diverse technologies. In doing so, I moved the business from working within a narrower field of technologies to a much broader one with the rise of mobile and tablet as platforms.

I led a team comprising 4-5 multi-skilled developers responsible for the creation of educational applications. Acting as a solution architect to solve client problems, I held overall responsibility for technical delivery of engaging user experiences.

I developed educational content in Adobe Flash, including interactive video projects and games.I responsible for end-to-end development management of projects. I collaborated with the development and design teams team to design the user experience.In addition to this i was responsible for mentoring junior developers.

As I Senior Developer, I was responsible for collaborating with other development teams and producers to design client solutions. I was also increasingly responsible for solution design in collaboration with clients.

I was responsible for the development of content to client requirements, including educational games, interactive video projects and campaign microsites. Additionally, I collaborated with other development teams on client solutions.

I was responsible for designing and implementing web and interactive solutions using a range of technologies as well as the integration of domain.com and realestate.com property listing systems and SOAP web service integration with client property management systems.

- Involved in the development of two animated television series, “Bobinogs” for BBC education, and Siriol productions, produced over two four month contracts. - Involvement in the planning, design and production stages of the series. - Responsible for research and development of a Flash to broadcast media production pipeline.

- Web design and development involving HTML, ASP, and MySQL and Flash. - Print design using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat .PDF.
