Oceans Healthcare provides inpatient and outpatient behavioral healthcare services in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Ernest Healthcare is a leading provider of post acute services. Partnercare provides comprehensive care to musculoskeletal and pain management patients. Dedicare is a domestic manufacturer of PPE products. ENTPSA is a nationally recognized ENT practice and the largest group in Orlando Florida. PTG is a leading provider of technology services to small businesses. Breath Diagnostics is focused on the early detection of lung cancer through the use of its innovative and proprietary breath analysis technology.From January 2018 until August 2019 Mr. Douglas served as a Board Member and Executive Chairman of KureSmart Pain Management. The Company which is a leading provider of interventional pain management services in the Mid-Atlantic region was sold by New Harbor Capital to Nexphase Capital in August 2019.Previously, Mr. Douglas served as Chairman and CEO of LifeCare Health Partners, a leading provider of post acute services including long term acute care, transitional care, behavioral health and home healthcare. Mr. Douglas was the co-founder and CFO of HealthSpring, and was the founder and CEO of Management and Technology Solutions, both private equity backed physician services organizations. Mr. Douglas previously held senior executive positions with Humana, United Healthcare and Workscape. Mr. Douglas served as Board President of the Acute Long Term Hospital Association and has served on the Boards of Core Solutions, Paidos Health Management Services, JSA Healthcare and the Admar Group. Mr. Douglas is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and was a CPA with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
